I finished the registration confirmation email and auto-reply, so everybody that registers should get that notification. I also attached liability waiver that is new this year. As our event grows, we want to take steps to insuring that we can continue 5erWest in years to come. You can download the waiver HERE if you wish to take a look.

As you can see, I’ve added a registration link on the top menu of this site. I need to fix the form so that it submits the info directly to us. Check back here in the next day or so as we work to fix this little issue.

I’ve also added a sponsors page where we will showcase those that support 5erWest! Please visit these sponsors and take a look at the products and services that they offer. We’re grateful to have their support.

Another big announcement is that we’ll be officially extending the event by hosting the 5erDrive on Sunday instead of on the same day as the main 5erWest gathering. I hope this will alleviate that “rush” to get things done and perhaps let some with busy schedules come out and play. Details will be posted in the “Event Info” page of this site.

This year will feature a new, bigger and better location. As much as I loved the original site, we’ve just outgrown it thanks to all of our enthusiastic participants. Our new location is just a couple miles from Meldrum Bar Park and will feature more shade, more grass, more parking, easy access from the freeway and nearby overnight accommodations!!  The whole nwBMWclub community is very excited about our new digs.
